SUBJECT: CASHIERS SELLING OF INCORRECT PARTS TO CUSTOMERS
I am writing to you all in regard to the latest discovery on the cashiers selling
incorrect parts to the customers.
The Manager, Ms Dimba, recently discovered that cashiers are selling incorrect
parts to customers. Several complaints have been received from the customers
who have received the wrong parts and all these complaints are pointing back to
our cashiers. Ten of the complaints received from the customers indicates that
completely wrong parts were sold to the customers and the other fifteen
complaints indicated that wrong sizes were sold to the customers.
The number of complaints received in such period of time is totally unacceptable
and calls for everyone’s attention in regard to this matter. All the parts have to be
verified before they leave the shop to ensure that the customer gets the correct
parts. It is of utmost importance everyone gives attention to all the transaction and
details of the sale before the customer leaves the shop.
