is one of the managerial function that have on Ray Kroc.Leading entails encouraging
and influencing employees' behaviour in order to achieve organisational goals.Ray
Kroc is one of the most remarkable individuals. He is a pioneer in transforming the
fast food industry. Rather than focusing on tasks, leading focuses on managing people,
such as individual employees, teams, and organizations.This entails making personal
connections with direct reports or teammates.Understanding what motivates, incentive
and arouses a desire to participate.


Ray Kroc make an incentives to drive to succcess.He altered the fast food sector
around the world, which can be considered one of the managerial roles of
leadership.On this film,Management functions play a significant part in management
to strengthen and grow the organisation.As we can see, this managerial function has
helped him become a succesful person.He never give up to build up his energy and
strength to lead other person so he can persue other person to be energetic like
him.This management function really importance to grow the bussiness and to lead
our bussiness for a successful in the future.


In the corporate world, it's critical to be optimistic about your own statements and
plans. Ray Kroc was optimistic and sure of himself and his plan. In his performances,
he was intelligent, assured, and enthusiastic.He was both serious and happy. His
motto was simple: "Win it or lose it." As a result, he was only thinking about
contingency plans and organisational problems.Despite the fact that he was always
open to suggestions, McDonald's leadership style was autocratic. Ray Kroc made all
of his decisions in cooperation with his upper management. There was no request for
employee feedback. He had a progressive mindset and was receptive to change even
when he wasn't looking for it. He makes certain that only the best decisions are taken.
He was not only well-liked by the general population, but he also took his leadership
duties seriously. He used to make decisions in an authoritarian leadership style, where
the leader is always in command. His staff admired him for always making the correct
decision at the right time, despite the fact that he was an autocrat
