Introduction
With any case study, it is important to take into account factors such as initial
intake, history, guidelines, informed consent, and resources. The following describes an
assessment of Tiffany’ case study, with Dr. Bob as the clinician from the case. Tiffany is a
nine-year-old female who was brought in by her mother. Tiffany received a referral due to
exhibiting difficulty sleeping, significant separation anxiety from her mother, difficulty
concentrating in school, and decline in grades. Before the initial session, the mother
informed Dr. Bob that she and Tiffany’s father have been divorced for two years.

There are a few ethical concerns in this case which needs to be assessed. These
concerns include consent from the parents, confirmation from Tiffany, and more reasons
