The comparison of humans to how machines work is quite accurate taking into account that
different organizations have different setups that all rely on each other to work perfectly.
Moreover, I find that the introduction of the machine metaphor in terms of expanding work
places significantly contributed to the aspect of economical transformation in many parts of the
world. I also find specialization to be quite important especially in work places since it is always
better when people know the roles they have to play and how that contributes to the goals of the
company. Moreover, it is true that all the parts of a computer are important and as such, they
need each other for the computer to work which applies to different organizations in real life.
replaceability is also always advisable in the case that one of the parts is notworking properly.

I find that it is good for new inventions which demand the establishment of new companies since
it shows there is progress being made. However, I don’t like the fact that the companies are
contributing a lot in climate change due to the toxins that they release while making new
products or refining others. This is because of global warming which keeps bringing about new
dangers for people everyday and as such, slowing down the climate change can help a lot in
bettering the climate and decreasing global warming. I also think that reducing global warming
cannot be done by a few people and as such, it is necessary for everyone to work towards the
same goal which is reducing the rate of climate change to create a future for the coming
generations.
