Human resources are a valuable paradigm for how businesses are effectively running in
today’s society. Having organizational structure and an effective plan of action sets a clear
perspective and aspiration for companies while identifying resources within the people that are
hired. It is important to empower the human resource department to ensure that it assists
businesses with growth and success. The integration of the human resources and the management
team will ensure guarantee achievements of the organization with recruitment, training, &
retention of employees (Baker, 2016).
Strategic human resource planning is about combining planning of human resources to
the business’s critical outline to ensure that human resource activities are supporting and
advancing the organization's strategy. Human resources are vital in strategy foundation, because
human resources assist the company to determine whether a strategy should be implemented
within the core of the business structure of the company. A comprehensive plan from human
resources will support other departments such as marketing, financial, operational and
technology departments to support the direction in which the organization is moving. It would
be a fatal error to develop and implement human resource strategies without having regard for
the goals and objectives of organization.
