In this report, we will discuss and examine how the business operations of Splash Damage
company located in the UK has been affected the micro and macro factors and the strategies that
the company management has to undertake to curb threats and weakness that the company is
currently facing in the video game developing the industry. Moreover, the researcher will analyse
the business opportunities that the company can tap into after carefully analysing and identifying
existing market gaps in the video industry for the company to increase its visibility and profit
margins in the global market as well as how viable it is for the company to expand its business in
other regions for business growth.
