In the current highly competitive, dynamic and volatile business environments,
organizations are required to adopt themselves to changing environment for achieving
sustainable level of competitive advantage. This report has analysed the ability of 3M in
supporting intrapreneurship to respond to environment changes by conducting corporate
entrepreneurship audit. The analysis of audit results revealed 3M having visionary and
transformational leadership, learning culture, organic structure and combination of
emergent, deliberate strategy formulation to provide quick response to the environmental
change.
