high interest because they are the client receiving services from HKF.
(ii) Donor – High power as they have the power to stop donation if their
expectation is not fulfilled. Interest is high since they have high expectation
on how their donation is being utilized.
(iii) Public – Low power as they are outsiders who cannot make decision. Interest
also low as they have low expectation from HKF’s activities.
(iv) Government – High power, as they can impose penalties if HKF break any
rules. Interest is low as their interest is only for HKF to serve the public.
(v) Financial institutions – High power, they can affect HKF’s strategies if HKF
fail to commit to the financial commitments. But low interest since they only
want HKF to comply with the payment terms.
(vi) Board of Directors / Managers – High power, since they are the managers.
High interest as they have many expectations from strategies that they plan.
