Wild Dog Company is a local coffee shop company, who is expanding by adding a
new location. The beverage preparation process has been addressed and currently being
implemented, so now the demand management plan is being evaluated. The model needs
to be refined, so it can be applied to the new location.
Forecasting Model
The co-owners of Wild Dog Company believe that advertising expenditures directly
impact the sale of coffee beverages. The last six months of advertising and pounds of
