General Objectives: Given simulated situations, the students will be able to systematically assess, observe and
perform assessment of the male genitalia.
Specific Objectives:
1. Identify and perform the steps of assessing male genitalia.
2. Identify the techniques of physical assessment to be applied in assessing male genitalia.
3. Determine the normal findings from the deviations in performing the procedure.
4. Perform accurate documentation.

1. Prepare all the materials/supplies to be used.
-Drape, Clean Gloves, Penlight for trans-illumination
Introduce self and verify the client's identity. Explain procedure to client.
Perform hand hygiene and observe appropriate infection control procedure
and wear gloves.
