Personal
An employer would look for someone who's committed to ensure that that
person stays in their role provided and will do what they are employed to do
without giving up. An employer would look for someone who is a multitasker as if
more than one task is being done at once, productivity is increased, making the
worker efficient. An employer would look for someone who is dedicated because
they know that the worker wants to do what the job role is and that they’re not
working just for the paycheck they get.
General
An employer would look for someone who’s good at teamwork so they know the
worker can work with the other people who are employed and ensure that
everyone can work together in a workplace. An employer would look for someone
with good communication skills so they know the person they’ve employed can
