that are looking to sell their products also. Some may argue that it’s not
ethical because some of the time there’s a lack of consent or
communication that someone's data is being collected.
Impact on physical/mental health:
Technology has made allowed for people to always be connected to
one another or things like their job or educational institution, this good
as it allows for people to never feel lonely if they are always connected
and to work from home if they can't go to a place physically.
Technology has also allowed devices such as Fit Bits or Apple Watches
to improve knowledge of one's physical wellbeing and encourage a
healthy lifestyle. Technology can have a negative impact on physical
and mental health too though, literature has shown that video game
addicts have reported more anxiety and depression as they may feel
isolated playing games all day or night. This links directly to physical
wellbeing as someone with a gaming addiction tends to play games for
most of their day which means they won't be going outside which has a
variety of negative effects on health such as obesity, vitamin deficiency
and social anxiety.

The more accessible technology gets, the more security will be needed
as with a rise in technology, a rise in cyber threats will also come, things
like data theft will become more common, but the positive to this is
