1. Introduction
Leadership Authority and the management board are viewed as the foundation of any association
since they both hold the possibility to represent the moment of truth the association. Concerning
the meaning of successful administration and authority of the association, this report points
towards examining the possible issues and open doors connected with the powerful
administration and initiative of the association. For this reason, the association that has been
picked is HP, which was founded by Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard in the year 1939. Their first
product was an audio oscillator and one of their first customers was Walt Disney. The
organization entered the personal computer market in 1966 with the HP 2116A. Moreover, the
three subjects that have been decided for the examination of the picked association are
administration and hierarchical adequacy, initiative and authoritative change, and administration
style and hypotheses.
The main role of this report is to work out some kind of harmony in the middle of the
speculations and application and with the usage of some decent speculations into the real issues
of the picked affiliation. This analysis on a very basic level surveys the collaboration and issues
