Intermediate acting: prednisone ● Nursing implications: ○ These drugs are contraindication for patients with systemic fungal infections and for those receiving live virus vaccines ○ Use with caution in patients who had recent MI, gastric ulcer, hypertension, kidney disorder, osteoporosis, diabetes, hypothyroidism, glaucoma, seizure disorder or myasthenia gravis ● Adverse effects: ○ Depression, e
