Communication can be classified into two basic types- Verbal and Non- Verbal
Communication-
Verbal communication is a type of communication in which we need words to express
our thought and experience to Verbal communication
others. Verbal communication can be of two types-
(1) Oral Communication:
Face to face conversation,
Conversation on telephone,
Speeches, discourses, group discussion, meeting and conference are the examples
of oral communication.
(2) Written Communication: All type of written conversation comes under it,
for example letters, reports, memos proposals etc.
“By non-verbal communication we mean all communication that involves
