Organizational values guide your organization’s thinking and actions  Foundation of the company  Defines the culture and beliefs of the organization  Sets the minimum expectations of behavior for everyone to follow  Reverence and commitment to the community  Stewardship  Integrity ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES  foundational principle is the investment on proper remuneration and working standards within the organization’s environment  The organization values must be hell-bent  Productive organization must always focus on enhancing collaboration ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES  There are three categories from which an organizations values base is created :  Physical Values- Maximum utilization of resources, orderliness, cleanliness, reliability, quality, safety etc.  Organizational Values- communication, cooperation, standardization, coordination.  Psychological Values- Creativity, innovation, loyalty, integrity, customer’s delight, respect for individual, service to society etc.  Respect for patients and human dignity  Protection patients from harm  Ethical obligation to advocate  Sense of right and wrong  Trustworthy and Honest  Integrity  Commitment  Responsible and accountable for their actions
