More often than not, nurses are given barriers to providing this kind of care to our patients and it’s usually related to high nurse to patient ratios. The Nurse Staffing Act has been introduced and hopefully will be passed to help hospitals realize this struggle and find ways to decrease the ratios and create safe care.............
