The WBS tool highlights the tasks that need to be completed, prioritizing the tasks and their timing. The WBS also notes the resources necessary to complete the tasks on time. The second tool that will be explained is the Gantt chart. The Gantt chart is essentially the timeline for the project. The graph shows the start and completion dates for all tasks needed to make the project successful.
