Track Changes
Documents are frequently checked & reviewed by someone else, other than the
author - this person will leave a trail / record of their changes.
The person who originally created the document can accept / reject these changes
they can learn & benefit from these changes
Each track change must either be accepted / rejected otherwise they will remain
in document
The manner in which the changes are indicated can specified in the Advanced
Track Changes Options dialog box
Turning on track changes
You have to turn track changes on, in order to record changes
Review tab - tracking group - track changes
Turning of track changes
Click track changes again
Revise = rejected *if you reject something - change will disappear
Your = added
* you can accept all changes in one go - use Accept command
