STRUCTURE OF A COMPANY
The organiastional structure of a company
represents a set of relations and functions
that provides a guidance system which
purpose is to help the company to achieve
their goals and aims.
, The importance of the
organisational structure
An Organisational structure is very important for a
company as it shows to the employees who is on the top
and who is on the bottom of the company
(hierarchically). The better is the structure organised and
developed, the easier is to see the importance of each
job role and what tasks the employees have to do. Also
with a good organisational structure the managers can
see who is subordinated to him. For a company to be
organised, they need to establish how they will develop
the actual structure and its type.
How the structure is set up will directly impact the
organisation and determine wheters its successful or not.
The organisation needs to be structured and organised in
a way that will best meet their goals and needs.
