Definitions of Human Resource Management
Human resources Management is all about policies practices and processes of
performing the people aspect of a management position - Dessler 2003
Strategic integrated and coherent approach to the employment, development and
wellbeing of the people working in organizations can we identify as HRM -
Armstreong 2012
Strategic and integrated approach in acquisition, development, and engagement 1
of talent using relevant tools, within well defined policies practices and processes
in creating a conducive climate towards achieving organizational excellence and
