Beer is a beverage made by fermenting malted barley, with addition of
hops for flavour.
INGREDIENTS
Malted Barley: barley (a basic cereal) that has been
steeped (soaked in water) and allowed to germinate,
producing sugar for fermentation.
Dark beers are made with roasted barley
Hops: Vine fruit: add flavour – bitter and pungent
Yeast: Transforms the malted
barley sugars into alcohol and carbon dioxide
Water: approximately 90%
