Introduction:

I have been given an opportunity to work with the financial department of Gasabo Pride Bakery
which is the leading supplier of bread in Gasabo and Kigali. I am going to help the department in
the areas of recording daily transactions in the financial documents and preparation of trading,
profit and loss accounts of the company for a given period and a balance sheet as at a given date.

Task 1:P4: Create appropriate trading, profit and loss accounts from a given set of data.

In this task I am going to create a table showing the trading, profit and loss of the data given t
about Gasabo Pride Bakery.

 Trading can be defined as the action or activity of buying and selling goods and services
while a Loss is defined as having something or someone leave or be taken away from
you, a feeling of grief when something is gone, or a decline in money. A
business profit and loss statement shows you how much money your business earned and
