How we are programmed in the first seven years of our life.
We know that developing children have an intense imagination. This is the strongest between the
ages 0 and 7. Personally I used to talk a lot to my stuffed animals and toys and
I undoubtedly believed that they were alive although they weren’t, sounds familiar doesn’t
it? The reason behind this strong imagination is that children between 0 and 7 have a lower vibration
than consciousness. A child between these ages is in the theta model. This causes them to possess a
vivid imagination. But this also causes a state of hypnosis, and because the child is in
a state of hypnosis they are going to accept the latter as the truth. That doesn't sound very pleasent,
not to me at least.
To confirm that children are indeed in this state, a test can be done to evaluate the electrical activity
in their brain. This test is called the EEG and can record the waves in your brain which are measured
in cycles per second or hertz. Theta waves are between 4 and 7 Hz. A study in 2017 showed that the
theta wave activity is linked to a particular type of learning. This study shows that while you may not
have concious acces to something, you are implict learning. Take for example learning to ride a bike.
After the theta state children become conscious. The only thing is that if you don’t possess any
programs, what are you gonna be concious of? And this is why the first seven years of your live are so
important. A child in the theta state is constantly implict learning by observing others. The child just
observes and downloads rules without having to teach them. Because we are programmed in the
first seven years of life, the biggest part of our life comes from those programs in the subconscious. If
a child grows up in a family and they are constantly looked down on and that’s the program, the child
will sabotage himself during the day. That is what they observed.
And ofcourse you can change this program, but not like learning with the concious mind trough
reading or taking a lecture. The subconcious mind only learns in two ways, trough hypnosis and
trough repetition. After seven repetition is the cure to reprogramming your mind. You can put new
programmes in your mind via repetition trough practice. That is how we learn simple things like
riding a bike. Repetition is about creating a habit, to train your mind by constanly repeating.
Everyone has desires and it would be amazing if you could live with them, don’t you think? This is
why we have to change our subconcious programmes. We are not the creators of our life, we are
victems of the programmes. When you can understand this concept of programming the mind, you
can see that you have a choice. You have a choice to reprogram your mind and take the power back.
