Box Plots and Histograms Interpretation Histograms: Both histograms are skewed right with possible outliers for price 000$ at 1975 and 609.9, and four outliers for square feet above 2750, and two outliers below 750. Price 000$ histogram peaks between the prices of 95,000- 475,000 and square feet peaks at 750-1750 square feet. This means they are most common. Interpretations: According to the boxplot, there are outliers at 6664 and 4200 for square ft and 609.9, 660 and 1975 for price. The five number summary (Min, Q1, Q2, Q3, and Max) for price 000$ (95, 246.856, 326, 390.25, 570) and for square ft it is (720, 1345, 1799.7, 2394.5, 3227). Scatterplot Interpretation: The direction of association is linear meaning the two variables are related. It is a positive linear representation. The strength of the relationship would be strong as a strong majority of the data is tightly congregated in the positive linear relationship. Outliers to be considered are (6664, 1975) and possibly (1350, 650). The skewness of this data is sq ft is skewed to the right and so is the price 000$ (majority of data is in the bottom left quadrant).
