electronics business to increase competitive advantage over other commodities. Consequently,

the assistance of top leadership is a crucial aspect to engage all salespeople. Furthermore, in

electronics, it is possible to apply the same concept, rules, and operating model in disparate

locations to adjust the enterprise to the emerging market. Accordingly, it is difficult to generate

profits in electronics commerce if one misses the top category since it is a scale enterprise. In

addition, the electronics business is more competitive and requires the expansion of a company’s

assortments and commences selling more varieties. A fulfillment optimized for electronics needs

to be changed to fulfill other products by adding new categories slowly. The commodities should

be close to the electronics' core business. For example, integrating sports that constitute several

electronic commodities like electric bicycles and smart watches would be a milestone for Worten

to fulfill new categories (Moreno et al., 2022). Therefore, helping clients understand the

connection between electronics and new listings will contribute to increasing the optimization

process by winning more clients.
