Institute VATI Grading
Rubric
• All students will be registered for virtual ATI-PN program approximately 6 weeks (45 days) prior
to graduation date. Please make sure that your email in ATI is correct to avoid delays in
registering.
• Your virtual ATI grade will be based on your level of progress throughout the program. In order
to receive credit, the module must be 100% completed. Modules that are partially completed
will not receive credit towards your grade.
• Grades will be posted according to your progress in VATI the day prior to your Comprehensive
Exit (Final) Exam. Grades will not be changed after your Exit Exam.
• A grade of 100 is only achieved if you have taken and passed the Greenlight (predictor)
exam (with a grade of 72.7 and above) and subsequently completed the remediation your
coach assigns to you. Your coach will send the school and email confirming that you have
achieved “Greenlight status” once you have completed remediation.
• If you fail the Comprehensive Exam, your VATI grade will automatically drop to a 75. If your grade
is lower than a 75 at the time of the Exit and you fail, then your grade will remain the same.
• VATI grades account for 20% of overall grade scale in Professional Development class.
• If you are a repeat student, you MUST repurchase access to VATI and restart from the
beginning on Module 1. Please contact your coach and let them know you are restarting.
