Exercise Training a complete overlook, Class notes 2022
I have Exercise Training 7,5HP in my biomedical - specialization exercise physiology program in Sweden. The course was in English as well as the exam, in which I recieved a A grade (highest). First part of the notes takes about Resistance and Power training, in which strength, maxiumun power, expolsive strength, strength endurance, hypertrophy is mentioned, as well as overload, exercise order, % of 1RM and more. Next is Functional Exercise regarding motor skills, both fundamental and specialized, proprioception, kinetic chains etc. After is Periodization, central concepts, 3 basic theories etc. Warm up and Flexibility, benefits, RAMP, factors affecting flexibility, inhibitations and stretch types. Sport injuries and Rehab, acute and overuse injuries, proprioception and more. Risk Factors and Screening, intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors etc. Seminar about Sport Injuries regarding acute and overuse, difference between soft tissue injury and fracture, stages of rehab, factors important to avoid injuries at sport, different kinds of test methods in RTS (return to sport) etc.
