Task vs. self-regulatory efficacy
Task = can you do a behaviour?
Self-regulatory = can you self-regulate (organize) yourself to make the behaviour possible

Attitudes
Instrumental = cognitive (usefulness, costs/benefits)
Affective = emotional (fun, enjoyment)
Subjective norms
Descriptive = what people actually do
Injunctive = what people think you should do
