, Similarities between civil legal traditions and the Islamic legal tradition.
An organized body of regulations that governs the behavior of people, corporations,
and other organizations in a particular region is known as the law. Because they all have
the same purpose in mind, the legal functions of every country are almost identical. Since
each state takes a different strategy for dealing with this problem or enforcing laws, there
will be two primary legal frameworks addressed in this section. It is possible to find
parallels between laws in the civil and Islamic domains that serve similar goals and are, at
times, similar in how they are established, implemented, and interpret. This work therefore
tries to look at the similarities between Islamic and civil law traditions in terms of their
sources, punishment and delegation.

Sources
In today's legal system, precedent refers to a previous instance of something that
happened. An appellate court must follow the precedent established by higher-ranking courts
in a similar case when making their final decision. Islamic law, which ranks third in terms of
extent, embraces ordinary life and more wealthy economic issues. Traditional Islamic law
was developed in the seventh century and was extensively applied in central Asian nations
before the introduction of western legal systems in those countries.
In Sharia, which translates as "the road to follow," the writings of religious pioneers
such as prophets and celestial authorities serve as the primary source of information. The
Quran, the courts, and analogical reasoning serve as the primary sources of legal authority in
Islam. Analogous reasoning in judicial procedures is used when the sources fail to supply a
solution (Fyzee .1997). The flexibility of Islamic law will be improved by leaders who have
considerable latitude in constructing the rules. As a result, analogical reasoning will play a
