Shared Parenting in English Law
Recently, the significance of sharing parenting has increased amongst separated or
divorced parents, who no longer reside together, but where they equally yearn to spend time
with their kids. In the recent years, arrangements of shared parenting, whereby the care of
children splits 50:50, have turned out to be increasingly popular in England1. However, only
three percent of parents not living together contribute to the childcare evenly. The groups of
fathers demand for legislation, which promotes shared parenting legal pursuits presenting inside
