Introduction
Globalization brings new collaborative ways between cultures, nations and across the
world. International activities and practices are being carried out internationally, such as medical
care and education learning. Sports are not an exception in these international practices. To
ensure effective participation and collaboration between diverse cultures, there are regulatory
bodies that oversee the conduct of all the involved professionals. In the field of professional
sports, the international sport law oversees all sporting activities across the world. Sporting
professionals come from various and distinct subcultures, creating a possibility of conflicts in the
sporting field. Therefore, the international sport law is entrusted with ensuring that outlined
sporting ethics are adhered to by all professionals, in an effort to minimize polyvariety disputes.
Literature Review
Scholarly articles provide approaches relevant in reducing disputes over the global
subcultures involved in the sporting field. According to research, when good governance in
sports influences motivation and a good administration of sport activities. The international sport
law function as a standard. Xiang suggests that in order the law to function effectively, it should
have aspects of administration, motivation and discipline (XIANG 2015). He further suggests
that the law need to reflect on the society and subcultures’ values and laws so that the
participants and involved professionals become motivated. According to the motivation and
human nature function theory of Xiang, the international sport law need to influence motivation
by considering the society’s values.
Research also identifies organization theory in sport management to require that sport
organization should be based on three main models namely, organizational behavior, theory and
strategic management (Opolska & Proskina 2019). International sport regulatory organizations
