STRESS MANAGEMENT

INTRODUCTION

WHEN WE ARE SMALL IN AGE WE DON’T THINK OF MUCH THINGS AND WE HAVE A SUPPORT
BEHIND US WHERE OUR GUARDIANS WILL TAKE CARE US IN EVERYTHING. BUT LATER WHEN WE ARE
GROWING DAY BY DAY WE START TO THINK ABOUT OURSELVES MORE FOR EXAMPLE ,WHY DO A
STUDENT TAKE MORE STRESS FOR HIS EXAM TOMORROW OR WHY DO A WORKING PERSON WILL BE
WAITING FOR HIS HOLIDAY OR VACTION SO BADLY OR WHY DO A PREGNANT LADY HAS SO MUCH
OF STRESS WHEN SHE IS DELIVERING A CHILD?

THERE IS STRESS IN EACH AND EVERYONE’S LIFE .

DO STRESS HELP YOU TO GET YOUR WORK DONE EASILY ? WHY IS STRESS EVEN NEEDED?

WHY I FEEL RELAXED WHEN I SPEND TIME FOR MYSELF OR TALK TO MY LOVED ONES BECASUR MY
REST OF THE DAY WILL BE HAPPIER.

WE TAKE MANY NORMS TO RELAX AND FIND SOLUTION FOR OUR STRESS.

A PERSON MAY THINK THAT HE CAN HE CAN WORK CONTINUOUSLY FOR 12 HOURS WITHOUT
TAKING A SINGLE BREAK BUT ,CAN HE DO THAT ? IS THAT POSSIBLE ?

THERE IS MANY THINGS WE DO TO GET RELAXATION LIKE YOGA BUT WHILE DOING YOGA THERE
ARE MANY THINGS WHICH WILL BE RUNNING IN OUR MIND …IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEANT THAT
GETTING RELAXATION?

AND HOW TO MANAGE ALL THESE THINGS?
