The proposed office building complex project of “laboratory testing with office space” will be
established at Survey No. United kingdom.
The proposed project will be constructed on the land owned by our client Mr. Azzam, with a
total built up area of approximately 8048 sq.ft area.
Thus, our client Mr.Azzam has a sound financial background
Estimated Project cost of the proposed development project would be around Rs 200
million. Around 35 Perches (9,529 sq.ft.) barren land will be utilized for the proposed Apartment
construction project.
He has proposed that he want a hexagonal or circular shape with four storeys with a full height
central atrium it should be done by reinforced concrete. azzam is said to be a private
organization. The project is a laboratory facility together with an office space. Further the
building comprises of a reception, product display area, meeting and seminar rooms, a staff
canteen and recreation area together with associated kitchen facilities and goods
inward/storage area. Typical floors are to be designed for laboratory and office space together
