EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This business report will be looking at united milk commodities (UMC), to look at their
business process module, an overview of the business was taken in to account, which outlines
the modules of business process it has been using. In addition to that, this report also looks at
sales record for the past three years and was able to analyse the structure of the business.
This report consists of different stages, which outlines different aspect of the company.
Firstly, the business overview, this deals with the background of the company, it processes
module. Secondly, this report looks at the trend by which the company has been operating.
As UMC has been struggling to capture market shares, an outline of proposed suggestion was
brought up to help direct it future objectives.
Having looked at its previous business module, recommendations were made as to how it can
be improved and add value to the company’s bottom line. Adding to that, there are series of
questions pertaining the company that was answered.
The report ends with a conclusion, that briefly summaries the details of the business.
