To maximize the profits when the Q and JA companies merge, the two companies should
begin with reinstatements of their capacities. The capacities should be increased to carry
maximum passengers and loads. Large volumes in passenger capacity increase the revenue
earned per flight. This, as a result, increases the available industry profits. Secondly, the two
joint companies can enhance the products and services offered in connectivity of services,
improvements on journey times, increments on journey schedules spread, provision of loyalty
program benefits, and progress on customer services. This aids in public trustworthiness and
satisfaction, leading to more customers, resulting in more revenues. Another tactic to be used can
be a simulation of tourism and trade to and within Australia resulting from the two companies'
joint sales and marketing.
Other strategies to increase profits include; an early reinstatement of the two firms. An
enhanced product and service offering in the form of better service connectivity improvements
on journey times increased spread of the schedules, establishments of loyalty programs benefits,
and improvements on customer service. Simulated tourism and trades externally and within
Australia due to the joint sales and marketing establishments.
When these firms have different production costs, individual profits are earned in a less
competitive form. Every firm conducts its services and does not necessarily compete in the
business field. Where there are conflicts of interest, the firms can agree and iron out how to
proceed (Forsyth, 2017). They can either agree on a percentage rate share or service lending
techniques. Percentage share involves deciding on a profit share technique where the two firms
take schedules in offering the service. On the other hand, the service lending technique involves
