SECTION I
Overview
This Business Impact Analysis was created for the process of effective planning for the
Fresh Brooks Company and was prepared by Karlie Natalia. This was developed to help the
company to plan for its future progress in case of the failure of the main system used in the
company (Secor, P., Tokarsky, T., & Perelman, S. 2012). It is a long-term strategy of
FreshBooks Company since in case of any disruption or business downtime, then the company
can easily maintain its mission and objective. It is influenced by the use of information systems
in the company which enhances the correlation and interrelation of various subsystems of the
company organization. The Management Information System enhances the relationship between
the organization, technology, and the people working in the organization. However, this creates
a system and benefits the whole organization since it helps in the company’s decision making
(Naser, S. S. A., & Al Shobaki, M. J. 2016).

Description of the System
According to Weilkiens, T., et al. 2015, System Architecture provides coordination of the
behaviors and the structure of a system. Fresh Brooks Company uses a Management Information
System (MIS) in the execution of its objectives and mission. It has a combination of hardware
and software that coordinates, analyzes, controls the information of the company and helps it in
the decision making of its management. MIS produces business reports that enable the Fresh
Brooks Company to make its rightful decision to attain its goals as an enterprise. The system
