SUBJECT: Crohn’s disease, Symptoms, Predisposing Factors, and Effects
Following the rising cases of Crohn’s disease in our health care organization, the organization
has designed multiple approaches to curb it, especially among the youths. The rise demands
by most youths in various ways to cope with the disease require immediate attention and
implementation with the organization. These interventions are in line with the necessary
information that the patient may need and the strategies that he can use to manage the
disease.
Crohn’s disease is one of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) that causes inflammations
to a person’s digestive tract. The common symptoms of Crohn’s disease include malnutrition,
weight loss, fatigue, abdominal pain, mouth sores, reduced appetite, fever, and severe
diarrhea. Other signs and symptoms of Crohn’s disease that can be evident among other
people include delayed sexual development and growth in children, inflammation of joints,
eyes, bile ducts, and skin. According to his study of diseases, he argues that the soreness
caused by the disease can be evident in different parts of the body of the affected person. For
instance, it is common at the lowest part of the colon and small intestine. The symptoms of
the disease range mild to severe and can develop gradually with a warning. Based on the
disease and the stage that the condition is to Lewis, the patient requires to require thorough
medication before it grows to a greater level.
