Group communication refers to the process of exchanging information and ideas among a group of individuals who share a common goal or purpose. Effective group communication is essential for the success of any team or organization, as it allows members to share information, coordinate their efforts, and make decisions collectively. Some key elements of group communication include: Clear communication: Each member of the group should be able to clearly express their thoughts and ideas, and to understand the perspectives of others. Active listening: Members should actively listen to one another, and seek to understand the perspectives of others. Conflict resolution: The group should have strategies in place for resolving conflicts that may arise. Decision making: The group should establish a decision-making process that allows all members to participate and have their ideas taken into consideration. Feedback: Regular feedback should be provided to group members to help them understand how they are contributing to the group's goals and how they can improve. Trust: Members should trust and respect one another, and work together to achieve their common goal. Inclusivity: The group should strive to be inclusive and consider the perspectives of all members. These notes are to be considered a general guideline for effective group communication. In addition, it is important to remember that every group is unique, and the specific needs and dynamics of a particular group may require a different approach.

Group Communication
Group communication is the act of sending and receiving messages to multiple members of a
group.

In a business environment, groups often use this type of communication to exchange ideas,
determine goals and motivate other members. Group communication is a mode of
communication in groups of people, in an organization, between employers and employees,
and people in general to discuss a topic or communicate a message. Now businesses can interact
with customers through social media, messages, webinars, podcasts and customer service. All
these have become channels of group communication.
