Question 1 1.1. Self-image - is a mental image of yourself, as both a physical body and a human. Self-image also covers how you feel about your abilities, weaknesses, and skills. The feelings and images that emerge are important when you think about yourself. A healthy picture of the frame where you see yourself as you really are and that you feel right with your own skin. Depending about how you as a person view yourself during your appearance, thinking about you, self-image can be fantastic and can be bad. As we develop, too, self-image will alternate because our bodies constantly alternate as we flow through life. Hormones cause these changes to happen very rapidly during puberty, which can be both exciting and a little jarring. It is important to remember that you have a one-of-a-kind body and remind yourself. That is a special thing, and if you feel self-conscious about the way you look, it is important to remember. Bodies come in all sizes and shapes. No one has the perfect body size. Your body is not and ought not to be, anything like everybody else's. Valuing and loving your own self and body is an integral part of a generally healthy life. (Castle, P. and Buckler, S. 2018. p187). Example of self-image - When I look at myself, I see a beautiful, intelligent, brave and prosperous woman of God who is not often portrayed by the thoughts or phrases of others but a woman who believes she is made in God's image and born of God (Castle, P. and Buckler, S. 2018. p.187). Self-Esteem - It is an outline of the traditional self-esteem or private worth of someone's experience. As anyone, how much you value and prefer yourself determines shallowness. Self-esteem involves a set of values that include the assessment of your personal image, ideals, emotions, and habits. There are three types of self-esteem: -  Inflated self-esteem – these people think they are better than others and have no doubts about underestimating everyone else.  High self-esteem – these are the kinds of people who accepts and value themselves the way they are, without trying to be like others.  Low self-esteem – people with low self-esteem are the opposite of those with high self-esteem. They do not value themselves; they do not trust in their abilities and insecurity that they may be feeling carried over into almost every situation. They have a fear of failing which is something that torments and holds them back. They are the model of unhappy people.
