Fundamental freedoms and human rights are the inheritance of every single person,
which are not adaptable and are ensured by law. Their security and exposure are the essential
obligation of the government. Regard for them is an essential protection against a powerful state.
Their full exercise and observance are the establishment of peace, justice, and freedom.
Democratic government depends on the desire of individuals, which is consistently
communicated through free and reasonable decisions. The establishment of democratic
government in US and Texas is respect for the human individual and law and order. Vote based
system is the best insurance of freedom of expression, capacity to bear all groups in the public
arena, and equity of chance for each person. Majority rules system, in the entirety of its agent
and pluralistic nature, underlines responsibility to the electorate, the obligation of government
authorities to comply with the law, and the organization of equity. Nobody is exempt from the
laws that apply to everyone else. This paper will discuss how democracy is still viable in the
