Statement of Went intend on completing this project by sticking with the strict deadline of 8
Work— weeks. We will first solidify the project schedule after review all the details with
Project the owner and stakeholders. Then we will commence by drafting out floor
Description plans and our marketing scheme. Then we will take a look at different recipes
and for out desired products and have a taste test. When then café is almost
Project complete we will run a soft opening to ensure that our workers are up to the
Product task and in the meantime discovering any problems that might occur. In the
end our finalized project will be a new and innovated place where individuals
from all over may come to enjoy. Café 404 will host a large outdoor seating
area for all to enjoy the relaxing environment as well as a comfortable indoor
seating area. Café 404 will offer premium drinks as well as tasty snacks for all
to enjoy.
Project Some of the main products that will be necessary in order to make this project
Deliverables successful will be the drinks that will be served. A couple of our signature
drinks be our one and only Café 404 coffee for that nice pick me up. Café 404
will also be serving our delicious smoothies to satisfy those sweet cravings.
Project For the entire cumulative cost of the project it is going to be no more than
Objectives 350,000. The comfort range of this project will be within 100K and 350K. This
entire project will have to complete within the short time of two months. Café
404 will strive for nothing less than quality when it comes to our standards.
Project It is safe to say that with the deadlines being so tight it is going to be a close

such a limited amount of time it is safe to say that extra overtime hours will be
needed in order to successfully open Café 404 on time.
Project Needless to say the very strict deadline is a major constraint when it comes to

have available for this project.
Exclusions Included in this project will be real life comparisons from research and
experience. Excluded from this project will be exact numbers due to different
areas of operations.
Acceptance Upon completion of Café 404, it will be a complete firm that will serve as a
