How does Robin work?
Robin’s systems are designed to provide you with invaluable
exposure to healthcare experiences with top-tier healthcare
providers - all from the comfort of your own home. We believe that
it’s our job to do the heavy lifting so that you are free to focus on
building a concrete foundation for your future as a healthcare
professional. That’s why we’ve made obtaining clinical healthcare
experience as easy as sitting down and turning on your computer!
It all starts when the physician places our inconspicuous device, which resembles a
Google Home, in the corner of their exam rooms, where it unobtrusively captures
audio and video of the clinical exam. Using military-grade encryption, the data is
transmitted to Robin's HIPAA-compliant cloud environment for processing. After
collection, our team of clinical coordinators processes the video to cut out
non-clinically relevant data before funneling it directly to your desktop.
When your scheduled shift begins, simply log in, watch the patient-provider
encounter, and draft a comprehensive medical note using Robin's proprietary
documentation system before posting it directly to the physician’s existing Electronic
Medical Record (EMR) system. All while learning, your work helps free providers from
administrative burdens, allowing them to improve the quality of healthcare for
patients nationwide.

Day-to-Day Workflow
What does your day-to-day look like as a
work-from-home medical scribe with Robin
Healthcare? It’s as easy as logging onto your
computer workstation from the comfort of
your own home!
Once logged in, you will perform clinical
documentation in our software system built for
you, improved daily to help you produce high quality
medical notes, using the latest in machine learning,
natural language processing, and software design.
You will observe providers complete their daily patient
exams and document their notes as if you were in the
clinic yourself.
All technology required to complete daily tasks as a medical scribe will be provided
for you. There is no need for your own computer, monitors, etc. Upon completing
medical scribe training, an at-home computer workstation will be sent to your
address, all ready to go. All you have to do is un-box the computer, plug it in, and
begin scribing for your providers.

conveniently schedule our scribes around pre-existing commitments - class included!
