Y was admitted to hospital and almost died after he bought and drank special anointing oil which Prophet X sells for R300 during his services. Y bought the bottle after he was told that no-one can become a full member of PELC unless they have a bottle of oil. While in prison, Prophet X’s diehard PELC supporters, who worship the ground he walks on, demand that he be released. They congregate around the prison and start throwing stones at the building. In prison, Prophet X asks a prison guard to help him escape from jail, in exchange for money. The prison guard agrees. Prophet X is released from prison, but is ordered to appear in court the next day. He fails to appear, and is nowhere to be found. Name the offences with which X may be charged in respect of his conduct and give reasons for your conclusions. You do not need to define the offences.
