We recognize the need for partnerships to promote mutually beneficial technological
cooperation and sharing practices, as well as the need for an inclusive and quality investment
infrastructure for stronger recovery and resilience. We underline the need to address the
financing gap towards the implementation of the 2030 Agenda, through enhancement
mechanism financing which innovative, including finance mixture, with permanent notice
importance transparency and accountability together. We record this initiative as the
Coalition for Infrastructure Resilience Against Disaster and the Global Mixed Finance Alliance,
and we welcome the Global Platform for Disaster Risk Reduction. We look forward to the
success of the SDG Summit in 2023.
