where an individual Marine provides another, or group of others, with the benefit of his or her
experience.
Mentoring is Ans- a less formal process than coaching and counseling and provides the Marine with a
greater depth of knowledge, experience, or maturity as a result of the guidance of the mentor.
Mentoring:
