The two topics that have expanded my knowledge and understanding the most
are; job advertising in the medical field and medical management. As a student of
medical administration, it is crucial to understand every detail of health care
management. This includes the leadership and direction of every aspect of healthcare.
The healthcare system consists of departments, units, and divisions assigned with
different tasks and responsibilities to ensure a smooth flow of services. The management
must ensure every unit performs its duties and responsibility at the required time and in
an essential manner (Khan & Yairi, 2018). The administration also ensures regulations,
rules, procedures, and policies are abided by.
