1 tbsp corn starch and 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice .
1 tsp baking soda and 1/4 tsp baking powder

bowl set aside. Add your butter, 1 tbsp sugar and vanilla. Mix with a wooden spoon
until incorporated into the flour mixture.
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour and 4 cups sugar.
