people or animal
1.2 Channel> is the way that we use or the sender uses to communicate with other people. E.G texting,
Emailing, Calling and ect.
1.3 Interpersonal communication> is when communication involved two or more people.
1.4 Written communication> is one of the channel that can be used to communicate, communication
here is done by writing the message we trying to convey.
1.5 Stereotyping> is when we judge the person based on what we see or think and conclude without
facts or without verifying our facts or judgements.
1.6 Small group> is a group of 3 or more people but not too many. According to Steinberg(1994:97) small
groups consists of 3 up to 15 people

feelings.

1.9 Conflict> is when two or more people have different understanding or have a disagreement.
