3 Introduction
3.1 Project Summary
3.1.1 Objectives
The promotion, evaluation as well as sharing of vital information among healthcare practitioners are the activities the Health Body
Wellness Center (HBWC) is engaged in. Information Security Management System is required, taking into consideration the execution of
a plan to continually audit and maintain the security of information objectives of the institution. The distribution of medical grants is one
of the significant roles of the Office of Grants Giveaway. Likewise, the OGG has also objectified the potential methodology which
promotes and is in supports the improvement in the quality of medical grants. The SHGTS, which is a Microsoft database, is utilized by
the OGG in the management and disbursement of medical grants. It was necessary to conduct a risk assessment of SHGTS tailored at
establishing and figuring out the main potential threats as well as the evaluation of vulnerabilities. Relatively, the HBWC will not be
hindered from significant business objectives given the event of SHGTS failure.
3.1.2 Background
Although the current process has once been considered acceptable and secure, the system design is considered outdated today, explaining why
and how they came to these business process decisions.
